Ski Equipment Rental Prices in Sierra Nevada

The prices of ski equipment in Sierra Nevada vary depending on the category.
You can rent complete equipment, consisting of Boots + Skis + Poles, or just Skis + Poles.
If you rent ski equipment with us, children and young people up to 15 years old will receive a free helmet.
All equipment marked as MASSKI PREMIUM has special advantages that others do not have.

Categories Ski Equipment Rental

Ski equipment has different prices depending on the category.
These are:

BRONZE Category, ski equipment with more than 4 seasons of use and indicated ONLY FOR BEGINNERS.
SILVER Category - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES, ski equipment with less than 3 seasons of use and indicated for both BEGINNERS and for BEGINNERS and EXPERTS.
GOLD Category - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES, high-end ski equipment suitable for BEGINNER and EXPERT skiers.

Where can I pick up my ski equipment in Sierra Nevada?

We have two stores in Sierra Nevada.
All equipment marked as MASSKI PREMIUM can be picked up at our store in the Mont Blanc Building, next to the Mont Blanc Hotel.
Other equipment can be picked up at our store in the Alfa Building, opposite the Meliá Sol y Nieve Hotel.

What happens if I change, cancel, or don't show up to pick up my equipment?

CANCELLATIONS for BRONZE RANGE equipment: If you cancel 72 hours before the start of the service, you will not incur any charges and the full amount will be paid. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the start of the service, you will be reimbursed by means of a voucher that can be exchanged for the same service. This voucher has no expiration date.
CANCELLATIONS for SILVER and GOLD RANGE equipment - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES: There will be no charge and the full amount will be reimbursed.
MODIFICATIONS for BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD Range: no cost in all cases.
NO SHOW - NO COLLECTION OF EQUIPMENT, after the first day of service for BRONZE RANGE equipment: No type of refund or credit will be made. Failure to notify or notice of cancellation after the first day of the contracted service has started. There is NO partial or total refund of the contracted service.
NO SHOW - NO COLLECTION OF EQUIPMENT, after the first day of service for SILVER and GOLD RANGE equipment - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES:: the credit or generation of a voucher redeemable for the same service will be processed. This voucher has no expiration date.

What happens if the station closes or I have an accident?

For SILVER Range and GOLD Range equipment - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES:
In the event of a station closure, the proportional part of the amount of the unused ski rental days will be refunded. Repricing will be applied with the actual days of use. In the event that the client decides not to continue with the equipment rental, no show or accident, the refund will be made by means of a voucher with the same service to be redeemed in future reservations. This voucher has no expiration date.

For BRONZE Range equipment:
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE. Special price without the right to a credit.
In the event that the client decides not to continue with the equipment rental, no-show or accident, there will be no refund.

How do I request a refund for my ski equipment rental?

Request the refund, if applicable, by sending to reservas@masski.com the file number or locator that was provided to you on the day you made the online purchase, and indicating the days the resort is closed.
