Prices for Sierra Nevada Cable Car Ticket

This ticket gives you the right to use the Borreguiles or Al Andalus cable car to go up and down the Sierra Nevada ski slopes, only once.
Important, NOT SUITABLE FOR USE ON THE SKI SLOPES, it is only for pedestrians.

Where do I pick up the Cable Car Tickets?

DO NOT PICK UP AT TICKETS.
If you buy the cable car tickets with us, you have the personalized delivery service in Sierra Nevada included.
You have to pick them up at our store:

What happens if I modify, cancel, or do not show up to pick up my Cable Car Ticket?

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations without cancellation fees up to 48 hours before the first requested service. Once the release has expired, "The Client" will pay the amount of €20 per cancelled ticket as Management Fees.
MODIFICATIONS: No type of modification of the reservation will be confirmed once the 48-hour release time has expired.
NO SHOW - NO WITHDRAWAL OF THE SERVICES, AFTER RELEASE AND FIRST DAY OF THE SERVICE: No type of refund or credit will be made. Lack of notification or cancellation notice once the first day of the contracted service has started. There is NO refund, neither partial nor total, of the contracted service.

What happens if the station closes?

A used cable car access ticket of any type cannot be refunded, either partially or totally, in any case, according to the Transport Law. General Communication and according to the Law.
If during the operation of the Station for security reasons or other justified causes, the Management of this is forced to close facilities and slopes to the public, this does not necessarily require the refund of the ticket amount (Article 9 of the Rules for Use of the Facilities).
Payments for non-use of all or some of the days of the contracted ticket will be made by repricing, billing the service actually used by the user and applying the rate corresponding to the use made.

How do I request a refund for my Ticket?

The client must request a refund, if applicable, for any of the contracted services and tickets, by sending the purchase receipt provided on the day of collection to reservas@masski.com, and indicating the days the station is closed with the requested tickets.
The deadline for finalising any incidents with respect to requests for a refund in general will be 15 May 2025, and the deadline for Cetursa to respond to them will be 30 June 2025. These deadlines described are in anticipation of pending situations due to incidents or delays, without prejudice to the fact that their processing for operational reasons may require a longer period.

Surcharges applied to cable car tickets:

The 1-day cable car ticket has a surcharge of €4 on the RRP price published on the Sierra Nevada website, for the EXPRESS DELIVERY service (personalised delivery of the ticket).
The rest of the tickets, from 2 days onwards, have a surcharge of €8 on the RRP price published on the Sierra Nevada website, for the EXPRESS DELIVERY service (personalised delivery of the tickets).
